You can order your own selection of dishes from our menu below or choose one of our ready made packages from the 'Meal plan packages' button on the homescreen. We recommend adding 1x Smoothie/Breakfast + 1x Lunch/Dinner/Soup + 1x snack for each day. If you require extra calories for your gains then add those 'Bolt ons'!

The small print...

All orders processed throughout the week will be ready for collection on Sunday PM of that week unless otherwise requested by the customer.

​

All food is freshly made to order ready for collection.

​

Once you have collected your order there will be instructions on each package of where to store ( refrigerate/ freeze/ store at room temp ).

​

Please store all items accordingly and consume within the 5 day time frame.

​

If food requires reheating, place into non metalic bowl and place in microwave or in saucepan and heat on stove until piping hot, stirring occasionally.

Allergens and nutritional info for every menu item are available on the website but please note that all recipes are prepared in an environment containing nuts and other allergens.
