Terms and Conditions for Whole Sale Production


Product
All EAT PT products are the creation and production of EAT PT employees. Our recipes are designed to support a variety of healthy lifestyles. By purchasing them for resale, individuals and companies accept our terms of sale which prohibits copying of our recipes by either purchasers or third party links.

Minimum quantities
Our minimum quantity for trade purchasers is 60 (sixty) units per order over 3 items, an item being a Snack, Smoothie, Meal, Kids Bag or Bolt ons. The selection for your premises can be a mix of multiples of 10’s but in total 60 delivered per order.
We Do Not offer sale or return on any of our products.

Payment
Recognising the size and nature of our business. Our terms of business is payment in full at the time of placing the order. We guarantee delivery within arranged personal terms that suit each wholesaler. Should we fail to meet our agreed schedules we will cancel the order and fully refund the payment relating to the order.

The small print...

All orders processed throughout the week will be ready for collection on Sunday PM of that week unless otherwise requested by the customer.

​

All food is freshly made to order ready for collection.

​

Once you have collected your order there will be instructions on each package of where to store ( refrigerate/ freeze/ store at room temp ).

​

Please store all items accordingly and consume within the 5 day time frame.

​

If food requires reheating, place into non metalic bowl and place in microwave or in saucepan and heat on stove until piping hot, stirring occasionally.

Allergens and nutritional info for every menu item are available on the website but please note that all recipes are prepared in an environment containing nuts and other allergens.
